Images are hosted securely via Pixieset. While reasonable precautions are taken to protect client privacy, please note that Pixieset is a third-party platform with its own privacy and security policies. Once delivered, clients are responsible for downloading and safeguarding their files.

3. Photographer’s Use of Images
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the photographer may use select images for portfolio display, social media, website galleries, or marketing purposes. Clients may request in writing that images remain private; such requests will be fully respected.

4. Data Retention
Client contact details and related records are retained only as long as necessary for business, tax, and legal purposes. Image backups may be kept for a limited period but are not guaranteed after gallery expiration.

Pixieset may use cookies or analytics tools to improve platform performance. The photographer does not control or access this data.
