Image Delivery Terms of Service

1. Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered images for personal or promotional purposes as agreed in writing. Unless otherwise specified, this license does not grant rights for resale, redistribution, or commercial use by third parties.

2. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. The photographer retains full copyright and may use the images for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless the client requests in writing that images remain private.

3. Editing and Alterations
The client may not alter, edit, or apply filters to the images without written permission from the photographer. Cropping for layout or format is acceptable.

4. Delivery and Storage
Images are delivered via Pixieset for download within the stated delivery period. Galleries remain active for 30 days (or as otherwise noted). The client is responsible for downloading and safely storing all images before the gallery expires.

5. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery and archiving, the photographer is not responsible for lost files after final delivery or for any issues arising from third-party platforms such as Pixieset.
